A Celebration of International Coaching Week!

International Coaching Week is an annual celebration and this year we are focussing on helping the business community experience coaching. Please join us Thursday, May 2nd from 6-8:30 at the DoubleTree by Hiton Hotel Irvine Spectrum to celebrate professional coaching and explore the power it has to transform organizations. We will be having a panel of three guests: a CEO, a Master Certified Coach and a leadership & development expert who have experienced the transformational power of coaching in organizations.

If you are curious about professional coaching and how it can impact your organization, or you have your own story to tell about coaching, this is the opportunity to learn and share. The panel discussion will be interactive with Q & A, and you will have the opportunity to mingle with coaches and business leaders throughout the evening.

Larry O'Toole

Larry's career spans senior sales & marketing roles with the Black & Decker Corporation, Division President assignments with the Ingersoll-Rand Corporation and more recently CEO of privately held manufacturing and service businesses. His most recent CEO role was leading an aerospace & defense engineering and manufacturing business preparing it for a successful exit that delivered several hundred million dollars to the private owner. Larry recently founded Yosemite Associates, LLC, an advisory firm to private business owners looking to remove the uncertainty around how to build the long term value of their company.

Christopher McAuliffe

A professional coach since 1996, Christopher has produced unprecedented breakthrough results with a wide spectrum of clients across the country. Christopher has a passionate commitment to the development of coaching as an honorable and honored profession. His high-powered, humor-filled approach has yielded him his own internationally successful ICF-Accredited Coaches’ Training Program (AccomplishmentCoaching.com), which has trained thousands of people over the past 18 years around the world. In his role of CEO, he oversees the production of twelve training programs in six cities in North America.
In addition, Accomplishment Coaching provides training and coaching services to organizations, including the United Nations Population Fund, Major League Soccer, UBiome, and more. Christopher is also the host and producer of an ICF-international-partnered podcast, The Coaching Show. Through The Coaching Show, each week for the past 17 years he has spoken with leaders in coaching, including Robert Kiyosaki, John Grey, Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Werner Erhard and more! Christopher holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential and is twice Past-President of the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance. Also, Christopher has worked with the International Coaching Federation-IRB for over eight years in the area of Coaching Ethics – investigating and adjudicating ethical and consumer complaints against coaches. From over 25 years of experience, Christopher brings the knowledge and wisdom of a master coach. With over 500 coaches trained by him personally in small groups around the world, he brings the power and understanding of a master trainer, as well.

Rhonda Askeland

Rhonda Askeland is a performance strategist and executive coach focused on improving results through people. She is a highly accomplished training and coaching professional with proven success creating training and leadership development initiatives that deliver tangible and sustainable outcomes. She has more than twenty-years of experience working with leaders at all levels (C-level, managers, teams, and individual contributors) in her consulting practice, AskRhon Consulting, and working with learning organizations (The TRACOM Group, Blessing/White and CareerTrack).
She consults with organizations of various sizes and in a wide range of industries, including: entertainment, healthcare, financial services, information technology, government agencies, oil and gas, and, university systems. Rhonda attended Whittier College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communication. A lifelong learner, Rhonda is certified in a number of tools and assessments and has applied learning in the areas of emotional intelligence, personality and communication styles, leadership, executive presence, whole-brain performance, and coaching. Rhonda is the past president (2012) of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) Orange County (OC), past president (2009) of International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) OC, past board member of ATD-OC, ISPI-OC, and ISPI-LA, and a past board member of the Whittier College Alumni Board. She is an active volunteer in several non-profit organizations.
