  5. How do you keep clients long-term, what is long-term to you? Do you select clients or coach them differently to create long term clients?

  6. Describe what is an ideal coaching session for you; for the client.

  7. Can you walk me through a first meeting with a prospect?

  8. What is the inside team?

Cynthia Loy Darst, CPCC, ORSCC, MCC One of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the ICF in 1998, Darst was a founding member of the ICF. She was one of the first Front-of-Room Leaders for both CTI and CRR Global. With over 28 years as a professional coach, she is considered a pioneer in the world of coaching.
A favorite in the coaching world, Darst was the Provocateur (Opening Keynote and Emcee) for the ICF Advance in London in 2015 and delivered the opening Keynote for the 2012 Midwest Regional ICF Conference.
She delivered "Celebration, Metaphor and Magic" to a standing room only crowd at the 2005 San Jose ICF conference, delighted her coaching colleagues in 2006 at the St. Louis ICF conference with her demonstration of MCC level coaching, and was an ICF hit again with "The Magic of Metaphor" in Fort Worth - 2010.
