Virtual Meeting: Energy Leadership - A powerful way to lead, live, and enjoy the ride

Energy Leadership was developed by Bruce D. Schneider, the founder of the international coach training program, iPEC. Energy leadership looks at the energy of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how that energy influences how we show up to the world as well as our health, happiness, prosperity, and relationships. The theory examines seven different energy levels as well as the concepts of anabolic and catabolic energy. The seven levels range from nearly 100% catabolic (tearing down) energy to 100% anabolic (building, growth-producing) energy. We will explore the seven levels and how the experience of each level affects our ability to lead, live, and enjoy our lives.

Takeaways from this event include:
• A basic knowledge of Energy Leadership,
• A
wareness of the seven levels of energy,
• H
ow to apply energy leadership to coaching clients as well as our personal and professional lives.
