Phone vs Video - The Neuroscience of What Works Best for Coaching

Which is the best platform to coach from?

Is it better to use video or just an audio connection? Does it make a difference to the coaching results if you andyour clientscan see each other? In this webinar, we will explore the pros and cons of both and why it is good to wait before using video for a coaching call. We’ll take time to explore the neuroscience behind how adults learn and how it can help you coach more effectively.

Our objectives are:

Why: To help you become confident in your coaching through first understanding your client’s needs and learning which tools best enable them to achieve results

What: how understanding a bit of neuroscience can radically improve your coaching. Thisincludeshow we process information throughsound and why that matters. We also look at thefirst thing you must establishwith your coachee

How:  In addition to processing information, we will look at the neuroscience involved through two models:

AGES— 4 best practices of how adults learn

SCARF— how people interact socially
