Welcome to Our 2025 Community! On behalf of our board, we’re thrilled to welcome you're theme for this year is “Learning Together,” a vision shaped during our October 2024 strategy session. When we asked members what would most engage them, they overwhelmingly expressed a desire for a collaborative learning space—one that blends expert insights, coaching practice, mastermind groups, and deep discussions. We’re excited to bring this vision to life. Already, we’ve taken significant steps to enrich our community:

Curated Events & Networking: We’ve introduced a hosting team to ensure an intentional and engaging experience at our mixers and chapter meetings. Recent events have been outstanding—we encourage you to attend and connect with fellow professionals.
- Expanded Leadership & Volunteering: Our leadership structure now includes directors, committees, and teams, creating more opportunities for growth. In just the first two months of the year, we’ve launched over 10 community initiatives. Volunteering is a great way to build meaningful relationships, enhance your visibility, and contribute to our thriving network.

New Learning & Growth Opportunities: Beyond our virtual meetings and speaker-led sessions, we’re introducing tailored experiences. Our 2025 Mastermind Program will help coaches build successful businesses, while our Credentialing Support Program offers hands-on coaching practice with guidance from master-certified coaches. Additionally, we’re exploring small, immersive retreats for deep personal growth.
